Any data that you provide via the website www.contrimo.com is collected and used in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations. This privacy policy applies to our websites only. 2. Automatic Collection of Data

When using the website for information purposes only, i.e. if you do not register or otherwise provide us with information, we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. If you wish to view our website, we collect the following data, which are technically necessary for us to display our website to you and to ensure stability and security (legal basis Art. 6 I Sentence 1 f GDPR): your IP address, date and time of your website visit, time zone difference from Greenwich Mean Time (GMT), content of the request (specific page), access status/HTTP status code, the amount of data transferred in each case, the website from which the request comes, the browser you are using, operating system and its interface as well as the name of your access provider, language and version of the browser software.

The above mentioned data will be processed by us for the following purposes:

Data processing for the purpose of establishing contact is performed in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR on the basis of your voluntary consent.

The personal data collected by us as a result of your contacting us will be stored after your request has been dealt with or processed in order to evaluate them statistically for marketing purposes and to optimize our offer. If you wish to download, e.g. presentations of our products from our website, we collect further data from you, which are marked as mandatory fields (e.g. company, department, function). These data will also be evaluated statistically by us as well. The legal basis is Art. 6 I Sentence 1 f GDPR. The respective legal retention period shall apply with respect to the duration of the storage of personal data. After expiry of this period, the corresponding data will be routinely deleted, provided that it is no longer necessary for the performance or initiation of the contract.

5. Applications

By sending us an application, applicants agree to the processing of their data for the purposes of the application procedure regarding the processing of their personal data in accordance with this privacy policy. We process the applicant’s data only for the purpose and in the context of the application procedure. The processing of the applicant’s data takes place in order to fulfill our (pre)contractual obligations in the context of the application procedure as defined in Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, Art. 6 para. 1 lit f GDPR if data processing becomes necessary for us, e.g. within the framework of legal procedures (in Germany, § 26 BDSG (Federal Data Protection Act) shall apply additionally).

If special categories of personal data as defined in Art. 9 para. 1 GDPR (e.g. severely disabled persons, religious denomination or ethnic origin) are voluntarily communicated or requested by us in the application procedure, they are additionally processed in accordance with Art. 9 para. 2 lit. a or b GDPR. However, when sending applications by e-mail, please note that e-mails are generally not sent in encrypted form. We therefore accept no responsibility for the transmission path of the application by e-mail. If the application for a vacant position is unsuccessful or the applicant withdraws the application, the applicant’s data will be deleted within the 6-month period provided for this purpose.

6. Use of Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how you use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. 8. Google Fonts

We integrate the fonts (“Google Fonts”) of the provider Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. This will allow your browser to load the fonts you need into your cache after connecting to Google’s servers. This notifies Google that your IP address has been used to access our website. We use Google Web Fonts to make our website uniform and appealing. The legal basis is Art. 6 I Sentence 1 f GDPR. If your browser does not support web fonts, a standard font will be used instead.

9. Newsletter

With your consent you can subscribe to our newsletter, with which we inform you about our current interesting offers. The subject of the newsletter is exclusively services and offers from our company, as well as information typical for the industry, if applicable.

For the registration to our newsletter we use the so-called double opt-in procedure. This means that after your registration we will send you an e-mail to the indicated e-mail address in which we ask you to confirm that you would like the newsletter to be sent. If you do not confirm your registration immediately, your information will be deleted. In addition, we store your IP addresses used and the times of registration and confirmation. The purpose of the procedure is to be able to prove your registration and, if necessary, to clarify a possible misuse of your personal data.The only mandatory information for sending the newsletter is your e-mail address. The provision of further data is voluntary and will be used to address you personally. After your confirmation we will save your e-mail address for the purpose of sending you the newsletter. The legal basis is Art. 6 I Sentence 1 a GDPR.

You can revoke your consent to receive the newsletter at any time and unsubscribe from the newsletter. You can declare your revocation by clicking on the link provided in every newsletter e-mail, by e-mail to marketing@contrimo.com or by sending a message to the contact data stated in the legal notice.

For the transmission of our newsletter we use the service “Mailchimp”. “Mailchimp” is a newsletter service provider of the US provider Rocket Science Group, LLC, 675 Ponce De Leon Ave NE #5000, Atlanta, GA 30308, USA. The legal basis for using the service is our legitimate interest, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. “Mailchimp” has submitted to the EU-US-Privacy-Shield (https://www.privacyshield.gov). “Mailchimp” uses the recipient’s data in a pseudonymized form, i.e. without it being possible to assign them to an individual user, to optimize its own services (e.g. dispatch, presentation or statistical purposes). Under no circumstances does “Mailchimp” use recipient data to write to them or pass them on to third parties.

10. Integration of YouTube Videos

We have integrated YouTube videos into our online offer, which are stored on www.youtube.com and can be played directly from our website.

By visiting the website, YouTube receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding subpage of our website. In addition, the data mentioned in section 2 of this declaration will be transmitted. 11. Social Media

In addition to our website, we maintain other online presences within social networks, especially on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and XING. They are only included on our website as links (colored icons) to the corresponding services. After clicking on the integrated icon you will be directed to the page of the respective provider, i.e. only then will user information be transferred to the respective provider.

As a rule, your data are processed by these providers for market research and advertising purposes. User profiles can be created from their usage behavior and the resulting interests, which can then be used to display advertisements inside and outside the platforms. To demand, in accordance with Art. 16 GDPR, rectification of inaccurate personal data or completion of your personal data stored with us without undue delay;

To demand, in accordance with Art. 17 GDPR, the erasure of your personal data stored with us, unless processing such data is necessary, for exercising the right of freedom of expression and information, for compliance with a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims;

13. Right to Object

14. Data Security

We use the common SSL (Secure Socket Layer) method in connection with the highest level of encryption supported by your browser for the visit to our website. As a rule, it is a 256 bit encryption. If your browser does not support 256-bit encryption, we use 128-bit v3 technology instead. Whether a single page of our website is transmitted in encrypted form is indicated by the closed display of the key or lock symbol in the lower status bar of your browser. The information that you send to us is principally stored on servers within Germany or at least the European Union. For a few offers we use non-European service providers, such as the “Mailchimp” service for our newsletter; we only use services that participate in the EU-US Privacy Shield.
