SAP CX/CRM Consultant in Mannheim

You’ll be expected to

  • Manage the development and technical implementation of projects in the area of SAP CX / SAP CRM

  • Analyze marketing, sales and service processes and develop functional concepts

  • Deal with the latest technologies from the areas of SAP Customer Experience, SAP CRM and also SAP Business Technology Platform and SAP Cloud Integration in the context of customer projects and the development of inhouse software products

  • Plan, organize and lead workshops with our national and international customers

You should bring with you

  • As a team player, you are supporting us with your personality and your know-how that you have acquired in successfully completed studies in computer sciences, business informatics or in comparable studies

  • 1-3 years of project experience: Analysis, technical configuration and description of implementation and integration requirements in the area of SAP CX/CRM

  • An in-depth expertise in customizing SAP CX and/or SAP CRM projects

  • A high level of commitment and willingness to learn, as well as a professional approach with strong customer orientation

  • Good communication and presentation skills in English and German

  • A willingness to travel
